A new instrument for measuring the thermal conductivity of solids using the Guarded Heat-Flow technique is available.
A new instrument for measuring the thermal conductivity of solids using the Guarded Heat-Flow technique is available.
A new Spot-Welding instrument (spWe-01) for building your own hot-wire sensor, becomes available.
The portable Transient Hot-Wire instrument for solids (thw-01S), employing 2-Pt wires, an FPGA architecture CPU, and a novel FEM based software, becomes abailable.
The portable Transient Hot-Wire instrument for liquids (thw-01L), employing 2-Ta wires and a FPGA architecture CPU, becomes available.
As a result of a 3-years, very successful cooperation (financed by the Hellenic General Secretariat of Research and Development) through a Bilateral Agreement between Aristotle University, Greece and Xi’an Jiaotong University, the first successful prototype instruments pass all extensive tests. Two instruments are available for the measurement of the thermal conductivity of solids and liquids.
